Description

This is a traditional dish from state of Maharstra. Ukadee che modak is known as the favorite dish of Lord Ganesha. Modak is made at Ganesha Chathurthi. These are like steamed rice (flour) dumplings filled with a mixture of jaggery and coconut. Modak's are very delicate and tender.
